Relax Fit
Dark fabrics made from natural fibres (like cotton) can be more prone to sun fading. The Relax Fit hat is crafted from a 97% cotton, 3% spandex blend. Because of this, extended exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading over time.
To keep your hat looking its best, we recommend storing it out of the sun when not in use—toss it in your favorite tote or bag for safekeeping. If you plan to wear your hat in direct sunlight for more than an hour each day, consider our Adventure Fit style instead! It’s made from a durable recycled polyester blend that holds up beautifully in sunny conditions.
The fabric used in the Relax Fit style has been UV tested and is UPF50+. However, a baseball cap design, does not cover your entire face, neck and ears; so it is important to use sunscreen on these areas to get the best sun protection.
For best results, wipe your Relax Fit hat with a cool damp cloth. The cotton fabric can dirty quickly if not taken care of properly. Ensure to keep your hat protected from the elements when not wearing it. The cotton fabric is casual, but is not moisture wicking - if you will be using your hat for sweaty activities - ensure to try out our Adventure Fit or Sporty Fit styles.
After the hat is clean and dry, we recommend using our new Ponyback dust bag to store it. Our Dust bag has been designed to keep your hat safe and clean during storage. It provides a protective barrier against dust, moisture, and other environmental factors that could potentially damage your hat. The dust bag will help preserve the quality of your hat and also make it easy to transport without worrying about damage or dirt accumulation.

OH, so, this cherry is popping! The color is great for fall. I am glad the creme is not bright white for I look more natural with my fair skin in an ivory versus pure white. Nailed on this one with the embossed inspiration on the side. Love love love!
I’m really happy with this hat and will likely get more either in this style or another style! I like the relaxed cotton materials of this style though, suits everyday use for me.
It runs slightly bigger than I expected but nothing major - it fits it’s just not maybe quite as snug as I would like. I have pretty thick hair so I did ere on the side of caution but maybe I left too much wiggle room.
It was big despite measuring my head and comparing to the size chart. I also found the center seam appeared warped a bit / slightly off center. Just not for me.

Love all of my Ponyback hats - the magnetic opening for ponytails is a bonus, but my main reason for ordering is I had quite a large head and typically have had to buy men’s L/XL baseball caps, which I never loved as they were always very plain and basic colours. The L/XL hats fit my head with even room to spare, and are so comfy to wear, hair up or down. I love all of the colour and style selections, and I had to snap up this one with its two-tone colourway and the cute little logo.

I hate wearing hats but after a few recent skin cancers I had to try. I have long hair that is often in a high pony. To make hats work I have been known to cut out the back of a hat! Still was t great for high pony, or a good look 🤣. So couldn’t resist trying my first Ponyback in relax fit. What a perfect hat. So comfortable and not too tight around the band. Choose your pony style. Works brilliantly for them all. I have even found myself sitting inside still wearing my hat. I’m now just waiting for my next choice to be restocked. Highly, highly recommend

I bought the grey one as well and this one fit a bit bigger. I wasn't sure if it was me so I kept on going back and forth with trying them on and I noticed this one a bit larger. Label said S/M I'm a bit disappointed and don't want to go through all the hassle of returning it to find out that I want the same one and it will fit the same way. :(
I like that it doesn’t make my forehead itchy when I wear it for a long period of time. It’s super comfortable. The material is soft. I’m an in-between size, but it works. It doesn’t blow off.
