• For best results, spot clean by using a cool damp cloth. Do not put in the washing machine.

We're upgrading our fabric! Most of our hats are now made with a new recycled polyester/spandex blend that offers better UV resistance and holds up extremely well to sun exposure — so sun fading is much less of a concern.

The only exception is the Black hat in XL/XXL, which is still made with our original 97% cotton, 3% spandex fabric. If you have this size, keep in mind that dark, cotton-rich fabrics can be susceptible to sun fading — we recommend not leaving your hat out in the sun when you're not wearing it, and tucking it away in a bag when not in use.

If you own a previous version of any style in our original cotton fabric, the same care applies: avoid prolonged sun exposure when not wearing it to keep the color looking its best.

The fabric used in the Everyday Fit style has been UV tested and is UPF50+. However, a baseball cap design, does not cover your entire face, neck and ears; so it is important to use sunscreen on these areas to get the best sun protection.

For best results, wipe your Everyday Fit hat with a cool damp cloth. Ensure to keep your hat protected from the elements when not wearing it. The cotton fabric is casual, but is not moisture wicking - if you will be using your hat for sweaty activities - ensure to try out our Adventure Fit or Sporty Fit styles.

You can handwash it in cold water, and air dried for best results. Do Not put it in the washing machine.

After the hat is clean and dry, we recommend using our new Ponyback dust bag to store it. Our Dust bag has been designed to keep your hat safe and clean during storage. It provides a protective barrier against dust, moisture, and other environmental factors that could potentially damage your hat. The dust bag will help preserve the quality of your hat and also make it easy to transport without worrying about damage or dirt accumulation.
