We aim to process (pick and pack) orders within 2-3 business days.Â
After it has been picked and packed it will take between 2-10 business days to ship depending on location and the shipping method that was selected at checkout.
You'll receive an email once your order has shipped titled "Your order is on its way!", containing your tracking link and a list of the items in your order.
If you placed an order and didn't receive the link, check on your spam inbox or contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.
You have 30 days to contemplate the fit of your hat, but please ensure you keep all stickers, bags, and cardboard intact until you are confident it is a keeper!
Each order can only undergo the return or exchange process once. If your order contains multiple items that you want to exchange or return, you must return or exchange them all at once. You cannot return or exchange items from the same order in separate shipments.Â
Everything you want to send back from an order must be done at the same time. We cannot process separate shipments for returns or exchanges.Â
Once a return or exchange is processed for an order, any remaining items from that order are considered final sale.
