I really wanted to love this but everything about it was wrong. I measured my head as instructed (around the hair line where you would wear a headband) and the hat was WAY too small and the magnets were popping open. I exchanged it for the next size up. It now fit pointing upward where I had measured but not like a normal hat. They wouldn't let me exchange it again. They finally agreed to return it if I paid half the shipping and then I still had to pay all the shipping on a new hat purchase. I finally have one that fits now but it's still not great. Plus I have curly hair and the magnets at the back keep catching it. Wish I could go back and not buy it and get one with an elastic back strap from Amazon. DON'T DO IT!

I never thought I would ever find a hat that worked for my small adulty head, looked adulty while also girly, gave me protection for my sensitive eyes, and could cater to my messy buns… until ponyback changed the entire game! I never thought I looked good in hats before finding these, but turns out I just never found a hat that fit me properly! These hats are not only size inclusive and versatile, they cater to those of us who like our hair up! And it doesn’t matter where the hair is up, as these babies have a pony-anywhere inclusivity design for the back! Squished ears are no longer an issue. Sun protection for those eyes in all the right angles with a brim that’s curvy to perfection. And the colour game is on point! Now I can have function, style, and comfort in one hat! These have changed my world!

Unfortunately the fit did not work for me. I ordered xs/s and had to return and decided (as per guide to try the youth m/l) and it did not fit. I was unable to get a return for the exchange (fine print in the return policy). I have attempted to ask if I can pay for the shipping, although have not yet been contacted. They suggested I resell on Facebook. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this product at this time.

I love these caps! I bought several sporty fit caps and will ned to buy more because my sister, mother, nieces, and daughters loved mine so much that I let them take their pick.

Hats fits great!

The jays didn’t fit which was a bummer but they did a great job to get the items returned, the return system is very user friendly also.

First of all, I have a very small head so it's always difficult for me to find hats and especially fitted hats that fit my head properly. Thank you Ponyback for also making your hats in children's sizes. This is the first ponytail hat I've been able to wear that actually fits my head. The quality is also fantastic. I only wish they came in more colors.

This is the hat I have been waiting for! I can wear a ponytail or bun any height (except on very top) and wear a great looking hat. My 8 year old daughter loves it too and she can wear her hair any way and put her own hat very easily. No more arguments of wearing a hat. I have bought several for family and friends Great GIFT! I just received my first ever Ponyback Everyday Fit. I've always been one to love hats, however, I felt like I didn't have a "hat head." (side note I have big curly hair) having all of the curls fit in a hat is next to impossible. That was until I tried the Ponyback and I absolutely love it.
