3. Eligibility. Open to residents of [Canada (excluding Quebec), the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom] who are 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live if that's higher. Employees of Ponyback Inc. and their immediate families aren't eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. How to enter. No purchase necessary. Enter by submitting your name and email through the entry form at ponybackhats.com/pages/giveaway. Each person gets one (1) entry. Additional form submissions from the same person or email don't add entries.

5. Bonus entries. Place an order at ponybackhats.com between October 6 and October 27, 2026 and receive 50 bonus entries, provided you've also entered through the form using the same email address as your order. A purchase doesn't improve your chances beyond these bonus entries, and you can win without purchasing.

6. Prizes. One (1) winner is drawn each week, for three (3) prizes in total. Each weekly prize includes: 3 baseball caps or beanies of your choice, 1 tote bag, 1 pair of socks, and a $150 CAD Ponyback gift card. Approximate retail value is $410 CAD per prize ($1,230 CAD in total). Hat choices are subject to availability. Shipping of the prize is [included / included within eligible countries]. Prizes can't be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. Gift cards are subject to Ponyback's gift card terms.

7. Draws. Draws take place every Tuesday at 12:00 PM (noon) ET / 9:00 AM PT on October 13, 20 and 27, 2026. Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries received by the time of that draw. Entries that don't win stay in for the remaining draws. Each person can win only one (1) prize. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner notification. Winners will be notified by email from hello@ponybackhats.com within [2] business days of each draw. A winner must reply within [5] days of notification. If they don't, or if they don't meet these terms, their prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.
